By downloading, accessing, or using Nitralux, you agree to these terms.

Nitralux is licensed for personal and professional creative use subject to applicable law.

Nitralux Pro is currently sold through Apple subscription products. Billing, renewal, and refund handling follow Apple platform rules.

You retain ownership of the footage and media you create with Nitralux.

You may not use the product unlawfully, redistribute the app binaries, or misrepresent roadmap features as currently shipped functionality.
