Is Nitralux a subscription?
No. Pro Lifetime is an optional one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase with no automatic renewal.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Nitralux does not process payment details directly. Refund eligibility and decisions are controlled by Apple. Submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem service using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Does Nitralux upload my footage?
No. Core capture, rendering, and export happen on-device. Cloud services are not required for the baseline workflow.
